Simple, Shimmery, Sexy...Valentines Day Make Up Tutorial ♥

Hello loves!

Valentine's Day is approaching, so I thought I'd film a few related videos...as I usually do every year! :)

The first video is a make up tutorial, and will be followed shortly by the fashion video where I'm going to present you three outfit ideas for Valentine's day.

I hope this will be inspiring for you! :)

And now, I want to hear all about your plans for Valentine's Day!
How are you going to celebrate it? (Are you going to celebrate it?) Don't forget to leave me your comment!

I'm actually going to be working, but then I'll have Saturday off, so I'm actually quite happy with how my work schedule turned out this week!

Anyway, let's get to the tutorial...To me, for Valentine's Day, the make up should serve to enhance your natural beauty & the best features, so something simple, yet sexy is in order!
If you cover yourself with tons of make up, you aren't going to impress anybody! If you ask your partner on the subject, I'm sure they'll all agree that they prefer when we wear less make up...less is more to them! :)
So keep this simple rule in mind when doing your make up for Valentine's Day!
I didn't want to go too natural & neutral, so I played a bit with shimmer...just to add that "festive" touch to the look!
I hope my tutorial will serve you as an inspiration :)

Here are the make up products that I used in my tutorial (for my entire face):

Eyes

I used some of my "forgotten favourites" such as Kiko Make Up Milano highly pigmented eyeshadow in #89
and essence #02 "Dance All Night"
These eyeshadows are also super cheap!
When you put a good base underneath (such as Chanel cream eyeshadow #82), they'll last all day long!
The eye look couldn't be complete without a black eye pencil (I'm running out of mine! It's L'Oreal Eye Designer)

Define your eyebrows & accentuate your eyelashes!
Eyebrows:
- Alverde Augen Brauen Gel #01 Blond
- Artdeco Eyebrow Designer Pencil #07

Eyelashes:
- Kiko Make Up Milano 30Days Extension Mascara
- Lancome Hypnose Star

 Cheeks

These are the products I used for contouring, highlighting & giving a flush of colour to my cheeks!
Benefit High Beam
VOV blush (available at www.bornprettystore.com)
Too Faced Candlelight Glow
N.Y.C. matte bronzer in 720A Sunny

Face

Lately, I've been using only B.B. creams on my face!
This Garnier one for oily/combo skin, works really well for me :)
I cover up any imperfection or blemish with Vichy Dermablend foundation stick
Kiko Make Up Milano 3D Lifting Concealer in a shade 01 light is my favourite highlighter for my under eye area!

Lips:

Keep them plumped & moisturized (YSL Top Secrets)
and don't exaggerate with bold lipstick colours (I'm using this Kiko Make Up Milano Pencil Lip Gloss in #07, "milky pink", very soft colour)
I actually love this pencil lip gloss and I truly recommend it (it's moisturizing, amazing colour pay off, really long lasting and very affordable price wise!)

I hope you liked this one!
A fashion segment is coming up next ;)

Winter Vlog: Searching for the River Piave (Italy)

Hello dolls!

Here is snowing all day long, the weather sucks seriously, so I stayed in, filming & editing some new videos :)
At least I was productive! ;)

I edited a past week's vlog that I filmed the day we went to shoot my OOTD by the river Piave (at least we were hoping to find a good spot to film by the river Piave, but then...what happened? you'll need to check out my vlog to find that out!)

Lately, I've really been into filming vlogs, I find them very fun to make!
Do you like my vlogs? Let me know in the comment's section!

Thank you so much for stopping by!

How To Clip in Hair Extensions

Hello dolls!

Today I'm going to show you how to clip in your hair extensions!

Yes, it is a very simple thing to do, but it's also true that I personally, watched a video tutorial/demo, or two, before I actually started clipping my hair extensions into my hair! :)

I was curious to know is there a certain technique, or a little tips & tricks to pick up, that would make this process just more simple and quicker!
So, the things I picked up along the way, now I'm passing them onto you! ;)

I hope this will be interesting to anyone who has just purchased a clip in hair extensions and still needs to get used to wearing them, or whoever is considering getting a set!

To find out more about the hair extensions that I'm using,
go here! or watch my review video here!

the hair extensions that I'm using are 100% real human hair,
from www.shophairextensions.co.uk
web store!

How to clip in your hair extensions?
(the point is, to clip them in, in a way that they stay seamless in your hair and blend in with your real hair, for an overall, very natural result!)

I took some screen shots from my video tutorial, to show you guys how it goes...

My natural hair, before the clip in hair extensions

My hair after!
With 12 pcs, 160gr of the hair extensions, my hair has gained so much in volume!

Step 1.
Separate your hair into layers, starting from the bottom one.

Step 2.
Place the weft just above the first section and clip the extensions in.

Step 3.
Take another section of your hair

Step 4.
Place another weft and clip it firmly in your hair

Step 5.
Repeat until you have placed all the wefts in your hair.
Make sure to brush your hair afterwards, to blend in your real hair with the hair extensions for a very natural result!
These hair extensions are tangle free, so you don't have to worry about them getting all tangled up in your real hair!
For more info & details on how to place the wefts into your hair, and in what order, watch here:
