ZARA & LIGHT IN THE BOX FASHION HAUL (LOUNGEWEAR & FALL FASHION FOR COLDER WEATHER)

 Hello lovelies!

Let me squeeze in another fashion post before I call it a day! I worked on creating some brand new content today for my blog, and youtube, so I guess I can say it was a productive day.

I haven't talked much here on my blog about the current situation in Italy, because it's such a difficult topic and it really upsets me, so I'm trying to avoid that by surrounding myself with creative tasks and positivity...the fact is that I'm suspended from work, starting from 15.th of October, and until 31.st of December, or longer, if this insane situation continues.

I've decided to be free and therefore the consequence is that I am not allowed to work anymore.

But, I have my creative outlet, and my creativity can't be stopped! So, something good may actually come out of this bad situation! I can talk more about the whole subject, if you wish, in another post (or I may do a video update), but I have to mentally prepare myself for it.

I'd also like to start blogging again in both languages, my mother tongue croatian, and english, as I used to do (it'll take me a bit more time, but I think it'll contribute to the whole blog's quality!) What do you think about that? Is it a good idea?

Anyway, back to the topic of this blog post!...I actually wanted to share a little fashion haul video and a couple of pics...This is probably my last Zara fashion haul, because I'm really turning more and more to second hand shopping, and my general conclusion is that Zara is overpriced (I only ever shop there on sales, but even then...)...I enjoy second hand shopping way more.

I also have a little fashion collab with Light in the Box that I included in this video, but I think I already blogged about that months ago, and shared the outfit photos here.

I got two loungewear sets, very cozy and comfy, I still wear them around the house.

As far as Zara bits, I got 3 things, very cute & warm for the colder weather, and I enjoy wearing them, but...as I've said, I really, truly want to be less consumist and make the most out of the things I already have, shop sustainably, (there are so many great second hand items, even brand new, at such affordable prices!). More second hand fashion hauls, and even possibly my own second hand online shop, is definitely in my goals for the rest of this year, and the New year! (and I don't think it's too early to talk about it, because it's literally only 2 months left before the end of this year).

Zara Online Shopping Review & Unboxing: High Street Summer Into Fall Try On Haul

I recently made a little purchase online at Zara.

As I haven't done a fashion haul in a while, I wanted to share it with you, even more so because it was my first time ordering online at Zara so I wanted to tell you all about my experience as a customer.

There are only a few online stores that I like to shop at and now Zara has made it to that list!

It's a high street, budget friendly haul, as all the items I picked up are from sales!

But also, they're great for transitioning your wardrobe from summer into fall. I hope you enjoy watching it and maybe get inspired!

Everything arrived carefully wrapped, so the unboxing part was very pleasurable.

I'll keep the box to store some of my shoes that I don't have a storage for.

ZARA Fashion Haul (January/February, 2014.)

I did a little fashion haul (new in) for you, I gathered all the items that I got at Zara over the past couple of months and that I'll be featuring in my upcoming OOTD videos & posts!

All of these items I got during the winter sales, so most of them were even 80% off, a true bargains!
I love Zara, but I think it's really overpriced (the pieces that can be found there are trendy, but not always the amazing quality and sometimes the prices are just exaggerated!).
That's why I like to shop there at sales, because, at 80% off, I really can afford to buy more than just a piece or two...

This is what I purchased recently at Zara:

Sve ove stvarcice kupila sam kroz proteklih par mjeseci na snizenjima, u Zari.

Zara je jedan od mojih omiljenih ducana, ali prilicno je skupa...iako im je robica uvijek super trendy (definitivno prate posljednje modne trendove), kvaliteta im bas i ne opravdava toliko visoke cijene! :(

Zbog toga, uzivam shoppingirati u Zari kada spuste cijene i na -80% jer si tada zaista mogu dati oduska i kupiti (gotovo) sve sto mi se svidja! :)

Gore mozete kliknuti na "play" i pogledati video gdje vam pokazujem sto sam to sve "ulovila" u Zari na snizenjima, a uskoro cete imati prilike vidjeti sve ove stvarcice u mojim OOTD videima i blog postovima!

I ♥ this T-shirt!

I love pastel colours and this is such a pretty blue!
It's also one very warm & cozy sweater/turtleneck, perfect for colder days of the year!

I had my eyes set on this scarf even when it was a part of the new collection, but I thought at 39.99€ it was a bit too expensive, so I've decided to wait & finally grabbed it on sale for cca 14€!

Black jeggings, a must-have piece in my wardrobe :)
These are super stretchy and very comfy!

Details of the waxy jeggings- they're very shiny and cool ;)
I think Zara has them in stock pretty much all year round, but now I was able to grab them on sale for such a good price
(cca 9€ I think!)

I'm in love with this jacket and I'll be wearing it now that the early Spring days are arriving
(it wasn't really warm enough for the cold winter days!)

Beautiful boyfriend fit coat (I love the colour red, I think it's also really flattering on me!)
I got this coat for only 19.99€ which is an amazing steal!
The only weird thing about it is that the red colour from the inside lining transfers onto my light coloured clothes! ughh!
I hope this will sort out after I take it to the dry cleaners! I'll let you know...because right now...not fun! :(
I have to make sure to always wear dark coloured outfit when wearing this coat on top, ughh...

Shoes/ cipelice:

so comfy, chic, elegant & these really elongate your legs! ♥

I wanted a pair of masculine style shoes for such a long time!
I'll wear these non- stop this upcoming sprin! ♥

ZARA Fashion Haul | Sonia VerardoStyle

Hello lovelies!

On my fashion channel, Sonia VerardoStyle, I have recently done a fashion haul...I gathered all the items I bought over the past couple of months at Zara (one of my favourite fashion stores, have I mentioned?...)

Some of these things I got on sales/seasonal promotions, so they aren't very appropriate for this cold season (but I had such a great deals on them- even 80%off! I'm sure I'll wear them a lot next Spring & Summer season!)

I have only two items from the new collection, and you can probably still get them at your local Zara stores...

So here we go...

In the thumbnail, I'm showing you the shoes that I got (elegant, black heels, covered in tiny Swarowski crystals- from Zara Cruise 2013. Collection).

For some reason, I forgot to take the photo of them, and I just now realized that...Oh well, you can see them in my video! ;)

One thing though about these heels...they're so uncomfy! They hurt my feet so bad, the first time I wore them, that I had to take them off (I spent the rest of the evening in my flip-flops, go figure!). Now I'm wearing them when I'm at home, 5-10 min. a day, hoping that I'm breaking them in...and that they'll be ready for a next special occasion (because they really are beautiful!)

Now, onto the rest of my haul...

I got these floral print pants that were awesome in the Fall season too
 (as floral print trend transitioned from S/S 2013. to A/W 2013./'14. )
but now that the winter is arriving to Italy, I'll need to wear warmer things,
so these will have to wait until the warmer days arrive!

This skirt is the cutest! I got it for less than 10€ (discounted from almost 50€), and I know I'm going to enjoy wearing it in the warmer weather.

Yes, I did get the famous portuguese print blazer, that this past season was very trendy!
I wore it in the late Summer/early Fall days and loved it!

I could still use it now, in the cold weather, but with a lot of layering of course!

Zara's jewellery is quite expensive!
These are the pieces I had a pretty good deal on, as I got them for just a fraction of their original price!
I think both are nice statement pieces :)

Mine has been (for a very long time, #01 on my favourites list), Dior Amber Diamond #002 (of course, I'm wearing it in this pic too! This product photographs beautifully and I highly recommend it!)
