Hello lovelies!

This post is a bit different, because it's not about fashion, but about food and vlogs, so I'm going to write it in croatian language, because the videos that I filmed on those subjects are in croatian, so it seems appropriate!

Bok drustvo! 

Imam novu ideju za videe na kanalu, ovo je nesto sasvim drugacije od onoga sto ste navikli gledati, ali malo promijene uvijek dobro dodje!

U novom videu prelistavam katalog Lidl Italija za aktualni tjedan, pokazujem vam sto je trenutno na ponudi i kakve su cijene, te sto bih si ja kupila, sto vam mogu preporuciti. 

Mislim da je to dobar nacin da usporedimo malo cijene sa drugim zemljama u odnosu na Italiju, te koliko kosta zivot u Italiji. 

U Lidlu znam cesto kupovati jer imaju super ponudu, ok cijene, uvijek se nadje nesto novo i fino!

Sto se tice zivota u Italiji i cijene hrane, imam dojam da su se "mic po mic" cijene utrostrucile i to sve u ovih zadnjih godinu i pol dana od kada traje "pandemija". Dok sam inace tjednu kupovinu mogla obaviti za €70 za cijelu obitelj, sada je za napuniti potrosacku kosaricu potrebno izdvojiti puno vise novaca.

Kamo to sve vodi?

Ideju za video "pokupila" sam od Josipe sa JosephineJLO kanala! Ja sam zainteresirana za uvesti neke novosti na kanal pa zbog toga i eksperimentiram sa snimanjem razlicitog sadrzaja, a na vama je da li ce se takvi videi i zadrzati na kanalu, ili ne!

Nadam se da vam se svidja, u svakom slucaju, javite mi vase misljenje!! Javite mi, da li biste zeljeli vidjeti jos ovakvih videa na mojem kanalu?

Ujedno, podijeliti cu sa vama i par videa, vlogica, koji su vec na kanalu, pa ih pogledajte ukoliko vam se vlogici svidaju. Snimala sam u Italiji i u Hrvatskoj, ima i dosta snimaka mora, prelijepih plazi, relax, opustanje, uzivancija, a ima i one "dosadne" svakodnevnice.

Postcards from Opatija, Croatia

Hello guys!

It's been a while since I did a "postcards" blog post and I'm sorry about that because I honestly love sharing with you my fave places or new places that I visit. 

So I thought I'd bring back the "Postcards" this time I'm taking you to a wonderful little touristic town called Opatija, located in Croatia in the Kvarner region. Opatija is also a place I consider my home. It's situated very close to my hometown (sometimes it seems they're one town as they lay right next to eachother in a Kvarner bay). This is where I spent my childhood days (numerous walks by the sea with my parents), and also my high school days (I opted for touristic school that is located in Opatija). Each morning I'd travel 30 min by bus, but I loved the school and I loved spending my time in such beautiful surroundings.

We, as a family, spent a few days at our home in Croatia and so we took the opportunity to go and have a little walk by the sea! It was very warm, even in evening time (which is quite unusual for this time of the year). Opatija was filled with people, students and tourists from Japan and other distant countries. I loved the atmosphere that was in the air. I remember Opatija being much more quiet in the late '90s when I was attending the school there.

One of the symbols of Opatija is this statue of a woman with a seagull but Opatija is also very famous for its health tourism and wonderful parks with egzotic plants and trees from all over the world.

Even though in winter time, the climate here can be quite harsh, in Opatija there are some tropical plants that prosper regardless of the icy cold wind and the constant rain.

My son absolutely enjoyed this evening walk. Where we live in Italy, we have only fields, so we learned to appreciate these sights even more. And the salty sea air is much healthier!

Here we are on another walk by the sea, this location is called Skalete and it's in Rijeka, but overlooking the coast of Opatija.

We tried to make the most out of our short stay in Croatia, even though it was more of a business trip than anything else. But every minute free that we got, we tried to spend by the sea, and all together as a family. Sebastian's grandma (my Mum), also came to visit and joined us for a walk!

This time we didn't vlog much, but next time I promise to vlog for you guys, so I'll even visually be able to bring you a little taste of my home.

OOTD: Black Jumpsuit & Studded Gladiators by Sibba shoes

Today's outfit post features this old, black jumpsuit by H&M, that I've had in my closet for years now, but I haven't worn it very often! This turned out to be great piece to wear during my second trimester of pregnancy, when my bump was starting to get more noticeable and when all I really wanted to wear were comfy clothes! I paired it with my fave Zara denim vest and leather bag, and those Sibba gladiators I already featured in this post! I stored them away now, for the next year, as it's getting colder here in Italy, and these photos were actually taken a few weeks ago!
I also have a fun weekend vlog that we filmed around that period, that is already on my youtube channel, so I'll link it bellow!

Danasnji outfit post vrti se oko ovog crnog H&M kombinezona koji definitivno nije novi komad odjece u mom ormaru! Vec dugo godina ga imam, ali ne nosim ga bas cesto! Ipak, pokazao se idealnim kroz drugo tromjesecje moje trudnoce, kada mi je trbuscic postajao sve zamjetniji, a sve sto sam ja zeljela obuci bila je komotna odjeca! Iskombinirala sam ga uz omiljeni Zara denim prsluk i koznu torbicu od koje se ne odvajam! Gladijatorice su branda Sibba i vec sam vam ih pokazala u ovom outfit postu! Sada su vec spremljene za iducu sezonu, jer u Italiji postaje sve hladnije i hladnije, a ove fotkice smo radili prije par tjedana!
Negdje u isto vrijeme snimila sam i mali vikend vlog koji je vec na kanalu, pa ako vas zanima i zeljni ste malo razbibrige, ostaviti cu vam linkic dolje!

POSTCARDS FROM ROVINJ, CROATIA: OLD TOWN & ST. EUFEMIJA CHURCH ♥

ENG: Hello from Rovinj, Croatia! Rovinj is a beautiful little touristic town, situated in the peninsula Istra in Croatia.
We went there for a day trip and to shoot a vlog for my Glam Express column, "Postcards from...", that I occasionally film for my Glam Express' readers!

Anyway, back to this post...You're actually going to see two posts from Rovinj, as I don't want to overload you with photos in one post! In this post I'm taking you around the Rovinj's old town centre, and to St. Eufemija church, and the upcoming post will feature some of the most beautiful Rovinj's beaches :-)

HR: Pozdrav iz Rovinja! Kao sto znate, nalazimo se u Istri, a Rovinj je jedna od najpopularnijih turistickih destinacija na poluotoku! Prvi puta sam Rovinj posjetila u osnovnoj skoli, na skolskom izletu i odmah mi se svidio njegov stari gradski centar i crkva Sv. Eufemije sa koje se pruza prekrasan pogled na more i plaze :-)
U Rovinju smo se nasli kako bi snimali vlog za moje citatelje Glam Expressa, "Razglednice iz...", kojeg povremeno objavljujem na svom Glam Express kutku!
Ali, vratimo se mi na ovaj post...koji ce biti podijeljen na dva dijela, jer imam puno fotkica, a ne zelim vas zamarati sa svima njima u jednom postu! Danas pogledajte setnjicu starom gradskom jezgrom i Crkvu Sv. Eufemije, a sutra vas ocekuju slicice sa lijepih okolnih plaza!
