Recenzija: Sisley Paris Eye Contour Mask & Express Flower Gel

Drage curke!

Eye Contour Mask
Odlicna je za podrucje okolo ociju i usana!
Uklanja sitne borice i lijepo hidratizira kozu.

Express Flower Gel

budite mi lijepe i njegovane :)

My Summer 2012. Skin Care Routine: Caudalie, Yves Rocher, Sisley, Clarins...

Hello beauties!

Today I have scheduled for you a blog post where I update you on my summer skincare routine.

My skincare routine has changed so much, since the last time I talked  about it.
I tried a whole lot of new products that seem to be working well for my skin, so I thought I'd like to share them with you!

So I have a bunch of new products to talk to you about, but some oldies too, that work so well for me, that I continued using & repurchasing them, even this summer :)

Don't miss out on my new beauty video where I go in debth about all these products; click on the video bellow to watch it:

Here are the products that I use occasionally in my skincare routine (and by occasionally I mean pretty much once a week, sometimes even more than that.):

from left to right:
- Bourjois Radiance Boosting Face Scrub (Smooth new skin effect),
- Caudalie Paris Purifying Mask (Clarifying, Anti- Blemish. Soft clays, sage & zinc.),
- Sisley Paris Eye Contour Mask (reduces fine lines and puffiness),
- Kozmetika Afrodita Spot Drying Gel (for oily, impure skin.)

My morning/ day skin care routine varies a little bit...
It depends whether I'm going to stay in the whole day, or whether I'm about to go out & therefore apply my make up...

products from left to right:
- Yves Rocher Pure System Clarifying Lotion (pore minimizer for impure skin, acne prone.)
I use this product if I'm staying in all day and if I don't need to wear make up that day.
- Clarins HydraQuench Cream- Gel (Normal to combination skin. Ideal as a make up base.),
- Nuxe Anti- Fatigue Moisturizing Eye Cream (anti- aging, anti- puffiness)
With precious flower of blue everlasting and hyaluronic acid.

My night- time skincare routine (when I actually use most of the products, as I need to take my make up off, and I really like to be thorough with that!):

products from left to right:
- Yves Rocher Purbleuet Instant Eye Make Up Remover (great dupe for Lancome Bi-facil!),
- Yves Rocher Pure Calmille Make Up Removing Milk (so gentle for your skin, yet so effective, and affordable!),
- Yves Rocher Pure System Clean Pore Cleansing Face Wash,
- Clarins Toning Lotion With camomile, Alcohol- free (normal or dry skin),
- Yves Rocher Bronze Nature Face Self tanner (100% natural tan),
-Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream (missing on the photo, because in the meantime I used it up!)
- L'Occitane Immortelle Precious Eye Balm (Smoother, firmer eye contour, anti dark circles and anti- puffiness action.)

So those were all the products that I use currently as a part of my skin care routine.
I really like them all, and I would like to do a few more detailed, separate reviews on some of these products!

Which of these products should I review first?
If you're interested to find out more about any of these products, please let me know!

Thanx for stopping by!
A big kisss from Italy,
xoxo Sonja

Skincare Regimen for Blemish Prone, Problem Skin

Hello girls!

Merry Christmas!
I hope you all have the best Christmas, have fun and enjoy spending time with your family!
♥♥

I'm sorry for being so behind with my blog posts, the thing is, I'm super busy in this period of time!
I now have a moment free, so let's get right into it:
"Skincare Regimen for Blemish Prone, Problem Skin"

In my video, I'm explaining you my skincare routine for my oily/blemish prone skin, in details, so make sure to check it out in order to see what do I do to mantain my skin clear and blemish free!

& here are all the products that are currently my must- haves when talking about my skincare routine:

Clinique products that I'm using on a daily basis
"Great Skin System" kit - Skin types 3,4. (combination/oily to oily)

I'm also using the natural sea sponge from the Adriatic Sea that is known for its antibacterial properties.
I take a small amount of my liquid facial soap, apply it onto the sponge, wet with water, and start massaging into my skin.
Afterwards I remove it with water and proceed with my toner and moisturiser.

Also, I often use the face brush by Sephora (it has got a great exfoliating properties!)

Face masks are a very important step in my weekly skincare routine/regimen!
I use Cleman ActivO3 mask with ozone & clay to mantain my skin blemish free and to eliminate all the blackheads.
I use the Sisley mask (both Express Flower Gel and Eye Contour Mask) to bring back to my face an extreme level of hydration and comfort!
I do these treatments 1-2 a week.

"Tea Tree Toner" by Lush (called "Acqua di Luna" in Italy) is also a great product for my skin type!
Essence Pure Skin anti- spot intensive night treatment was very inexpensive, yet surprisingly efficient!

As a part of  my skincare I also often use Argan Oil (I have repurchased this pure argan oil several times already!).
I use it under my eyes, on my eyelashes/eyebrows...and on my entire face really!
(I also like to use it in my haircare & bodycare.)

Clinique All About Eyes is currently my eye cream and yes, this is a product I have already repurchased more than once!
(the review on this cream is coming up!)

My make up removers at the moment are: Bioderma Sensibio and Clinians.
Removing your make up THOROUGHLY is an important step in a skincare routine, especially if your skin is prone to breakouts!
Before going to sleep, always make sure to remove completely all the traces of make up!
This will help your skin stay not only clean/blemish free, but also young/healthy looking!
So make sure to have a good make up removers and never be too lazy to take care of your skin! :)
Even when you're soo sleepy that all you want is to jump into bed- think about your skin first and take that extra effort- your skin will be grateful ;)

I hope this helped! xx

There are some new products that I'm currently trying out and incorporating into my skincare routine, so I'll keep you updated on my routine/regimen and I'll try to always let you know all about the products that helped me clear my breakouts!

Review: Sisley Paris Express Flower Gel& Eye Contour Mask

Hello my darlings!

As I've mentioned in my "Current Favourites" blog post& youtube video, lately I've been loving the Sisley Paris products.
In particular, I'm obsessed with Sisley Paris Express Flower Gel and Sisley Paris Eye Contour Mask.
I've heard some very positive reviews on these products so I've decided to try them out.
At my local Douglas store, I asked for a couple of samples of these particular products (because I wasn't going to make a purchase before actually having a chance to test them out on my skin to see how do they work, what effect will they have!)
Sisley Paris is an expensive brand, the products are all high end priced& therefor, I'd advise you to do the same- ask for samples- if you were planning to purchase a product from this brand.
I was personally VERY pleased with the effect these products had on my face, it felt as if I had found my miracle creams, so I've decided they're worth the price.

Here are my new favourites in skin care:

Sisley Paris Express Flower Gel
Sisley paris Eye Contour Mask
These are both masks that will give to your face much needed hydration, but the good thing is that you don't actually need to rinse them off.
You can just leave these products on your face for the entire day, apply your usual make up on top, the masks will continue with giving your skin the hydration, leaving it velvety and toned.

Sisley Paris Express Flower Gel
At Douglas it retails at: 90.00 €
(- 10% off, because all the Sisley products are sold with 10% discount,
that is applied at the cash register)
Express Flower Gel
hydrating, toning and firming mask

This mask contains a high concentration of hydrating ingredients:
- extracts of Lily and Iris, with powerful water- retaining capacity.
- extracts of Sesame, rich in Vitamin F obtained from organically grown plants. It is highly effective in the prevention of water loss.

In three minutes, skin is smoother, softer and velvety. It feels hydrated, toned, revitalized and firmer.

Traces of fatigue and stress are smoothed away for a brighter, glowing, radiant appearance.
This mask is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Advices on how to use this product:
Two or three times a week, apply on face and throat, including the eye area.
After three minutes, carefully tissue off the excess.
Don't rinse because the plant extracts will continue their actively beneficial effects.

How I use this product?
Normally, I'll use this product three times a week (on the days when I'm working late hours).

Sisley Paris Eye Contour Mask
At Douglas this product retails at: 88.50 €
(minus 10% off)

Eye Contour Mask
reduces fine lines and puffiness

The eye area immediately reflects our fatigue, and very quickly shows the first visible signs of skin ageing.
Thanks to a unique combination of botanical ingredients (Extracts of Ginkgo Biloba, Arnica, Horse Chestnut, Mallow and Linden), vitamins (Pro-Vitamin B5 and Vitamin E Acetate) and trace elements (Malachite and Chlorella Extracts), this Eye Contour Mask from Sisley worksin just a few minutes to help rehydrate skin and smooth away visible signs of fatigue:
-Fine lines around the eyes appear visibly reduced, the eye area and eyelids are smoothed.
- Undereye puffiness and dark circles are visibly reduced in appearance.
- The natural defense system of this delicate area is strengthened (Vitamin E Acetate).

The eyes look better rested, the eyelids and skin around the eyes smoother- the youthful appearance of this delicate area is preserved.
The original "gel patch" texture leaves an ultra- soft, imperceptible film which continues to work after the mask is removed.

Advices on how to use this product:
Apply the mask in a thick layer to eyelids and skin around eyes and leave on for 10 minutes; then tissue off excess product without rinsing.
May also be used around lips.
Morning or night on bare skin.
Suitable for sensitive eyes.

How do I use this product?
I use it on the days when I'm using the Express Flower Gel ( basically two, three times a week).
I use this product only at day time, because I can actually see& enjoy the results/benefits of it.

There are some other products that are on my wish-list when talking about Sisley...
Thanks to the kind& lovely sales-assistant at Douglas store, I got a chance to try out loads of Sisley samples :)

Samples of Sisley Paris skin care& body care
products.
Products that I'd like to buy in the future:
  1.  Creamy Mask With Tropical Resins (Deeply purifying combination/oily skin)
  2.  Hydra- Flash Formule Intensive (Beta-hydroxyacid essential oils natural plant extract)
  3.  Ecological Compound day and night all skin types

The first one is on the top of my wish list, the mask that does miracles when it comes to a skin that is on a verge to breakout, or more oily than usual.
It really prevents the blemishes from happening and it calms the existing ones!!!
The second one is a really good moisturizer, especially in a cold winter months.
Dryness or fine lines doesn't stand a chance with this moisturizer!
The third one is a light fluid, ideal for a combination/oily skin, especially in spring& summer months, also ideal as a daily moisturizer and a base for make up.

I hope you found helpful this review.
Remember, every skin has got its own needs, so before deciding to purchase a product, ask at your local beauty store for samples!!!
It's the only way to make sure that a product that you're about to purchase actually works for you!

As always, there is a video/review that you can check out by clicking on the link bellow:
I'm hoping to see you soon with another review on Sisley products ;)
Oh well, I'll do that when my budget allows...

Stay beautiful,
xoxo
Sonja
