Hello girls!
The other day, I had fun in my kitchen, preparing this healthy & delicious meal, and I wanted to share this recipe with you, so I filmed a cooking video; I hope you'll like it & try out this recipe yourselves!
Today we're cooking...
fennels!
To prepare this delicious meal at home, you'll need:
- Fennels
- Asiago cheese (or other cheese of your preference)
- Dry bread
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
You'll need 3- 4 big fennels. Slice them up (not too small, not too big chunks) |
Put them in a pot (add salt, water & olive oil) to boil for cca 15 min on medium heat. |
In the meanwhile, prepare cheese (cut it in a small cubes). I like Asiago cheese the best for this dish. |
Add olive oil on top of everything. |
Pre- heat the oven to 200°...
The dish is now ready to go in the oven. Bake it for cca 10 min on 200°, then add the ventilation for extra 5 min. for a crispy crust on top! |
