Getting Ready For A Dinner Out!

The other day, while I was getting ready for a dinner out in a restaurant with my hubby, I filmed two video tutorials for you guys!
I really hope you'll find them interesting to watch :)
Basically, I filmed, step by step, my process of getting ready for a night out.
I started out with a freshly cleansed face without make up& worked my way to a complete make up, hair tutorial& fashion styling.
The first video is a make up tutorial.
It shows you all the products that I used on my face (starting from my eye cream, daily moisturizer, foundation primer, to a concealer, foundation& full face/eyes/lips make up).

Here is the link to my first video tutorial:

For my eye make up I used this gorgeous eye shadow palette by e.l.f.

This palette was actually a free gift with my recent e.l.f. order!
On my nails I was wearing a nail polish of a similar colouring to my eye make up:

I <3 this colour by Wet 'n Wild!
Make sure to check out my video to see all the other beauty products that I used on my face& of course, the final result! ;)

The second video that I filmed that evening is actually a hair tutorial& the complete fashion styling.

You can watch it if you click on the link bellow:
Getting Ready! (Part 2) Hair Tutorial& The Complete Fashion Styling

I've decided to wear my hair straight, so I straightened it with my GHD styler (in Purple Indulgence, in case you're wondering which model am I using!)

My GHD hair straightener in Purple Indulgence.

I just <3 my GHD styler!
As I've said, I've decided to wear my hair straight& silky smooth! ;)

My hair is naturally wavy, but I prefer to wear it straight!

Yes! Thank you, my GHD!
:)
So, this was as far as my hair styling is concerned!
Again, for the step by step routine& all the products I used while straightening my hair, don't forget to check out my video!

And now, the FUN part!
What shall I wear?

Thinking about what should I wear...
It's always hard to decide! lol
Reaching for something...
;)
And as far as the footwear goes,
a simple pair of black leather ankle high boots
are the right choice for the outfit I have in mind!
Sooo, let's see the final result! ...
;)

All dressed up& ready for an evening out!

Meaow!
grrr
;D

I love how I layered my LBD&
made it appropriate for a winter season too!
Do you like this look?
Is this something you'd wear for an evening out?

Here is where I got my clothes from:
Cheetah print faux fur gilet: Bershka
LBD (Little black dress): H&M
Black turtleneck: Intimissimi
Shiny material black leggings: H&M
Black ankle high boots: Estrada' (Made in Italy)
Belt: Vintage
Cocktail flower ring with rhinestones: INA market

That's it from me for this time!
Enjoy watching my videos, enjoy getting ready&
stay beautiful!

xoxo,
Sonja

  1. i like the gilet and the way you've styled it. I'm currently tempted by the cropped leopard print jacket from Motivi, which is 50% off...but still rather pricey for me!

  2. I know Motivi will go 70% off, they usually do that every year, just have to be paitient& wait a bit more! You can also get the lopard print gilet at Pull& Bear, I just looked at it yesterday- but it's almost the same as the one I have, so I passed :)
